Alton Arg Residential Tower, Mashhad
Alton Arg Residential Tower, featuring a unique architectural design and the incorporation of green roofs along with several mid-level green terraces, is being constructed by Alton Peyman Innovators Development in collaboration with Mashhad Municipality near Shohada Square in Mashhad. This project aims to build luxury residential units complemented by hotel services. The project covers an area of 7,156 m2, with a final floor area of approximately 70000 m2. This project prominently features the design of green spaces on both the ground floor and the lower ground floor, effectively creating a park that includes amenities such as landscaped areas, a playground, and special pathways for walking and cycling.
